Letter to Event Organizer Requesting Mental Health Excuse

#1

I am writing to request that you exempt me from attending the XYZ event scheduled for the coming Thursday. I have been feeling mentally stressed for the last couple of weeks and need a break from all work-related activities.

I have been working under strict deadlines for the last two months. The workload has taken a toll on my physical as well as mental health. My doctor has suggested that I take off from work and focus on my recovery.

I deeply regret not being able to attend your event. I understand the importance of such seminars for the success of our organization. I, therefore, apologize for any inconvenience my absence would cause.

Thank you for your understanding.

I am reaching out to request mental health accommodations for the upcoming event organized by you. I have been eager to attend the workshop. However, I need some time off to relax and alleviate my stress.

I apologize for backing out at the last minute. I will try my best to attend all future events organized by you.

I look forward to your understanding and support.

This is to inform you that I will not be able to continue being a part of your event organizing team for the upcoming event scheduled for (date). I deeply regret the inconvenience. However, I am unable to continue with the arrangements due to my mental state.

I have recently suffered the loss of a dear one in the family. It has come as a shock to me, and I am in a state of grief. I need some time to accept the loss and move on with my life. It is a very challenging time for me, and I can’t focus on working with your event-organizing team.

I hope you understand my issue. I would appreciate your support and cooperation.

I am writing to request an excuse from attending your event on (date). You have arranged a wonderful festival for families, and I would have loved to be a part of it. However, I won’t be able to make it due to some mental health reasons.

I have been suffering from anxiety, and social gatherings make it worse. I am currently under therapy, but large gatherings worsen my mental condition.

I look forward to your understanding and support.

Thank you for your invitation to the XYZ seminar arranged by you. However, I regret to inform you that I will not be able to make it to the event due to some mental health problems.

I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. I am currently seeking treatment for the condition. I refrain from attending social gatherings as my condition might be triggered by large crowds.

Once again, thank you for your invitation. I regret not being able to attend your event.

Thank you for your understanding.
