Hi, it is to inform you that my patient is suffering from fever and sore throat. He is not able to talk properly and walk around. In this condition, I advised him to take rest properly and avoid any type of stress. A high workload can affect his health and may worsen the situation. I am prescribing some medicine that helps him in getting better. It may take two or three days in recovering from fever, and complete bed rest is mandatory. It is requested you to grant him leave for three days or so. I am very obliged to you.
